Early label variation, pressed at Capitol's Los Angeles factory (identified by the upper & lowercase "Stereo" and "Side" placed at the left of the label and a ✲ in the run-outs) (see images).

A1a/A1b listed as single-track medley on label, but are separate tracks on release.
B5a/B5b listed as single-track medley on label, and appear on one track on release.

Comes with custom red inner sleeve with lyrics in white on one side and a red dot representing the Japanese flag on the other.
Original Apple inner sleeves have the word "mastication" as part of the lyrics in "Give Peace A Chance"

Initial copies of this release included a large red hype sticker added to
the shrink wrap which read "Collectible Lennon".

"A conspiracy of silence speaks louder than words. - Dr. Winston O'Boogie" appears on lower right corner of back cover.
